After having had the most amazing holiday, seeing the most fantastic views, I am very happy to post that I am so excited to be starting classes again tomorrow and seeing you all again.🥰

Good morning, I hope you are all well today ❤️

Unfortunately, today I write with a sad heart and inform you I must cancel classes this week, my family lost a very important member ❤️

As you know this was the second last week before I leave for holidays, but due to this recent event I have decided to cancel all classes until I return, apologies for this short notice.

I will look forward to seeing you again stating 4th August. 🙏❤️

What a fabulous week I had last week, starting my week in Istanbul for the conference, then reunited with my family for a long weekend in the Netherlands.
Fully refreshed and ready to get back to classes this week.

Good morning, I hope that you have had a wonderful weekend ❤️
After an long stressful week at work I was whisked away by my husband and family to spend a weekend camping in Aberfeldy, it was so beautiful and a nice way to detach from the day to day stress, I hope also managed to detach and enjoy ❤️
If you are looking to keep that relaxation going then why not join me at 11am today at the Jubilee Hall Portlethen for some chair yoga or tomorrow night 7-8pm for my beginners friendly class.
But whatever you do I wish you a nice peaceful week 🙏❤️
