Went in my walk today! After I got done I received a notification stating that my heart rate has been lowered over the last 13 days! We are 13 days into October! Tell me that just walking doesn’t help your overall mental and physical health! Start walking today! Don’t wait until the beginning of the year and make it your “resolution” it’s not gonna happen. Start now and just think how different you will already be by New Years! 2.5 months of giving it your all you can see a huge difference!

This is just your reminder to get that mile in! It’s not a race, all that matters is that you are doing it! Walking on different tracks/ roads really help to keep you motivated so you don’t get burnt out! Happy Tuesday✅
