Breathe in and think of one thing you like about yourself.

As you breathe out, remind yourself what you love about WHAT you do.

Ask yourself what you love about HOW you go about it.

Even if it is not a perfect job, these are moments of your life to be lived. Your time matters. How you do what you do matters as much as what you do.

Smiling stimulates the release of feel-good chemicals, but it also gives those around you permission to present their best selves, too.
