When our stomach is trying to communicate something to us, it can often be uncomfortable, distracting and can take away the joyfulness of special moments.

These 6 herbs can be helpful when your digestion feels sensitive or inflamed 🌿

Marshmallow Root – coats and soothes the lining of your stomach and intestines, calming irritation from within.
Lemon Verbena – relaxes digestive tension while easing the gut-brain connection.
Chamomile – a classic for calming both the belly and the nervous system.
Peppermint – relieves bloating, cramps, and sluggish digestion.
Meadowsweet – balances stomach acid and protects the gut lining.
Fennel – eases gas, bloating, and that “tight belly” feeling after meals.

If you know me, you know, I love lemon verbena…
And by harvesting and freezing the leaves – It means I get to enjoy the bright flavor and benefits all year long!

Benefits like:
– Digestion support
- Stress relief
- Reduced bloating
- Mood boosting

Later on I’ll be popping these cubes into a warm stir-fry, a simmering broth, a drizzle of olive oil for fish or veggies… or simply (and most frequently) into my tea or plain hot water. 🍋✨

Ever wonder why we crave fall foods in the fall?

They are naturally warming and grounding. Plus they tend to have elements of digestion support, circulation, and immunity as the weather cools.
