Over the past few months, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with some incredible women inside my 8-Week Strength Program — and the progress I’ve seen has been powerful!

Not just stronger lifts.
Not just better balance.
But confidence. Consistency. And women finally feeling like they understand what they’re doing in the gym!

Some of my clients have even chosen to repeat the program because they loved how structured, supportive, and personalized it felt. That means everything to me! ❤️

This program was originally created for women with osteoporosis or osteopenia — but what I’ve realized is that it’s perfect for any woman over 40 who:

✔️ Knows muscle matters but doesn’t know where to start
✔️ Has heard protein is important but feels overwhelmed
✔️ Is tired of random workouts that don’t lead anywhere
✔️ Wants expert guidance instead of guessing

Every woman starts with a 1:1 consultation with me. We look at your goals, your history, your limitations, your confidence level — and I build your plan around YOU.
