I've been creating materials for the upcoming Soul-Led Business program that I'm doing with Spirit Essence by Tara Diana. This morning I'm using Google's NotebookLM to create audio and video guides that might be helpful for our members.

NotebookLM can be a helpful tool for teachers and facilitators of metaphysical courses to create clear, accessible course materials. As a facilitator, you can use it to structure lessons, simplify abstract ideas, and prepare engaging content that makes metaphysical concepts more approachable and meaningful for learners.

This is one of many tools I use to help convey ideas and share information.

Here’s the jam session Tara and I did on the Soul-Lead membership program. This program hits home for me. It’s personal. So many soul-led entrepreneurs struggle with the challenges that come with operating a business. What tools to invest in, how best to make use of social media to share their message, and how to do all of this with authenticity and integrity. It can be quite daunting.

Spirit Essence by Tara Diana and I have come together to bring what each of us does best to enable and support those looking to develop and grow in this space. However, this program is for more than just soul-led entrepreneurs. Community organizers, activists, and others can benefit as well, giving a lift to the important work they do.

If you’ve felt heavy, restless, or raw, read this.

The energy over the last week has been dense, intense, and heavy. That’s what I’ve been hearing from so many people and feeling myself.

For many, this heaviness has been hanging around all year. But this past week it feels like it's been especially sharp.

The weight we feel isn’t just the collective energy. It lands harder when it touches something inside us that’s already tender, something unhealed.

That heaviness is an invitation. A signal that there’s a wound, a pain, a memory, or a truth that’s ready to be acknowledged.

Healing begins when we name it. When we can say, out loud or even just to ourselves, this is what hurts. From there, we can merge with it, hear its message, and allow it to become part of our wholeness.

So I’ll ask again: What part of you needs healing today?

Name it. Just start there. See how it feels to bring it into the light.

If you’re ready to go deeper, write about it. Talk to yourself about it. You don’t have to share it with anyone, unless you want to.

And once you’ve named it, let it breathe. Give it space to land.

Healing doesn’t happen all at once. It begins the moment you’re willing to look at what’s asking for your attention.
