At last another little practice. It's a 35 min practice best done in the morning or during the day as it has a couple of backbends.
It also has a couple of distractions I hope you can ignore.

This is the class we did on Tuesday morning via zoom. The focus is upper body strength.
I've just realised that I forgot to trim off the last bit. Oh well. One day I'll get it right.

Another class for the collection.
This is based on the water and earth elements, because if you are anything like me you need settling down at the moment to balance yourself.
Interestingly(well for me it is) I was thinking too much about being recorded and so I am all wobbly in the balance postures. That's what happens when too much in the head.

I've slept in, baked bread, tidied the kitchen, hung washing and lazed about.
Now I am ready for a short yoga practice.
Join me at 1pm if you're interested in moving, in a yoga way, on this cosy wet day.
