Sera from Radiance Yoga will take you through a 45 minute gentle flow Yin Yoga session. This will be filled with intention and have accommodations and moderations for all. All ages are welcome and this relaxing yoga session will provide light movement that will end in a meditative position for Alesha from Naturally Grounded to then lead you through a deeply immersive sound healing session (soundbath). Beginning with a guided mediation, Alesha will be then using frequencies and sounds that speak to the nervous system, wash over you-clearing stagnant energy, promoting balance, and inviting stillness. Let yourself soften into the tones, allowing them to recalibrate your mind, body, and spirit from the inside out. This will help clear blocks, restore balance, and realign you with peace, calm, and clarity. The sound healing portion will also be 45 minutes equalling a full hour and a half experience.
