April is Sarcoidosis Awareness Month. Sarcoidosis is a non-contagious immune system disease that is commonly found in lungs but can affect any part of your body due to it being an inflammatory disease.

Symptoms do vary depending on which part of the body is affected. The most common symptoms in cases are:

● Fatigue
● Night Sweats
● Coughing
● Weight loss
● Fever
● Swollen lymph nodes

Sarcoidosis normally attacks those between the ages of 20 and 40. However, anyone can get it.
