Hi EVERYONE!

I’m thinking of starting up my classes this winter! It’s been a long time and I miss you all and the yoga space and practice we created together.

Comment below or message me if you would attend a Thursday evening class in Enosburg. Class cost would be $10.

*Update-
Hi again, everyone. After much consideration i've decided to not offer a class this winter. Logistics and time with getting the space warm and prepared made it difficult to manage. It sounds like the Enosburg Rec. Department will be opening a community center though soon, so fingers crossed i'll have a class going by next winter!

Beginner to experienced practitioners are all welcome to join me every Thursday! Come move, breathe, lengthen and strengthen the body and find calm and presence in the mind.

Props are provided, please bring your own mat.
