If getting up and down from the floor isn't for you, but you crave gentle movement and want to build strength, stability, and balance - while making some new friends - this class is for you!

Join us for chair and standing yoga, followed by tea, snacks, and a friendly chat. Everyone is welcome!

Tomorrow night’s yoga is going to be something special... we’re going outside!

We'll gather under the sky on the eve of the summer solstice - you can expect gentle movement, deep breaths and a fun, feel-good evening together as always - in the great outdoors.

Theme: Radiate from Within - this is your space to let it shine.

Move, breathe, and glow.

I’ve opened up a few more spots, so there are still spaces available.
