Today we return to the heart. Today is a wonderful day to connect with nature and feel all the love around you! Notice it everywhere you are. Notice where you feel stable, confident and secure. Where are you showing up and leading with love?

Coriander is the oil of integrity. It helps you to connect to your true self and your own inner guidance system. It shows you what a gift you are to the world and invites that to flow through you and out into the world.

Picture Jasper is a nurturing stone that invites in stability and grounding so that you can feel anchored in who you are and allow that to flow out into the world.
