Final class for a little while…
There’s a quiet mix of emotions as I prepare to step back — deep gratitude, some nerves, and so much love.

I’m so looking forward to a little sacred space: slow beach walks, time on the mat for myself, and making gentle preparations for our little one’s arrival.

Until then, know that guiding you through your practice has been — and always will be — a true honour.

With baby’s arrival drawing closer, I’ll be gently winding down my teaching schedule before September. If you’ve been called to join, now is a beautiful window to share practice together.
