بالأمس ودعنا د. مدحت صيدم .. جراح التجميل في القسم بعد غارة اسرائيلية على بيته.. فاستشهد هو وأفراد عائلته.
كان علماً من أعلام جراحة التجميل والحروق في القطاع.. كان أخاً كبيراً.. وإنساناً رحيماً.. وطبيباً بارعاً.. أفنى حياته في خدمة المرضى وتقديم الرعاية لهم.. وتعليم جيل الشباب الجديد.
كنت أسميه "مختار القسم"
لا أستطيع أن أتخيل كيف سيكون روح المكان من بعده.. لا أتخيل لقاءاتنا الصباحية دون دخوله علينا بحماسه وطاقته الإيجابية…
رحمه الله وأسرته جميعاً.
ربنا اصفاه لجواره.
Yesterday, we lost the great Dr. Medhat Sayedem, a Plastic surgeon in our department, after an Israeli airstrike on his home. He, along with his family, were martyred. He was a prominent figure in the field of plastic surgery and burns in the area, a caring elder brother, a compassionate person, and a brilliant physician. He dedicated his life to serving patients, providing them with care, and educating the younger generation. I used to call him the "Department's Choicest." I can't imagine how the place will be without him, our morning meetings without his enthusiasm and positive energy... May God have mercy on him and his entire family. May the Lord grant him a place by His side.
