Being healthy requires you to start small. Throw out the all or nothing mindset. Replace deprivation with I get to! Here's a few things to try and see if they are helpful.

-Start your day with a gratitude list or meditate/pray.
-Walking 10 minutes after each meal - this add up to 30 minutes and it helps regulate your blood sugar.
-Eating whole foods. Chicken breast and making a salad. Eat the chicken first. Protein fills you up and helps with cravings and munching / snacking later.
-Swap out a bowl of berries for dessert.

It's about getting back to the simple basic principles. If you want to feel good you have to do good things for your body.
