Beyond Carnivore Ex vegan/vegetarian who decided to try this crazy meat diet for 30 days back in 2022 & is still here, still learning, still getting healthier. I’m Sue.

I’m a wife, a Mum, and Grandma to two awesome kids. I’m also a bodywork practitioner with a passion for learning all sorts of things, but especially about how to be healthy. Over my lifetime I've learned a lot of things about health and the sickness industry. I’ve learned about corruption in medicine, the revolving doors between pharmaceutical companies and government agencies, and I've delved into all sorts of areas within the subjects of natural health and diet, taking what I’ve learned and applying it to my own life. Here I share my insights, experiences, and the wisdom I've gained from years of exploration and practice. My focus is on the principles of a proper human diet and exploring ancestral wisdom—rediscovering the ways our ancestors lived, ate, and thrived before modern industrialization and its accompanying health crises. Glucose numbers like these are becoming my new normal - in the morning (fasted) and during the day. Sometimes my glucose is even lower in the morning and a couple of hours after eating.

I'm happy! The changes I've made are doing their thing. Insulin is down, blood glucose is down, and weight is coming down. 💪
