I’m a wife, a Mum, and Grandma to two awesome kids. I’m also a bodywork practitioner with a passion for learning all sorts of things, but especially about how to be healthy. Over my lifetime I've learned a lot of things about health and the sickness industry. I’ve learned about corruption in medicine, the revolving doors between pharmaceutical companies and government agencies, and I've delved into all sorts of areas within the subjects of natural health and diet, taking what I’ve learned and applying it to my own life. Here I share my insights, experiences, and the wisdom I've gained from years of exploration and practice. After much thought, research, pondering, mulling over and procrastinating, and after 3.5 years on a Carnivore diet I decided to change things up for a bit and see what happens.

So yep, I've added fruit and rice and even some honey.... I have reasons for doing so and I'm curious to see what changes. It's early days yet at a week and a half in, but so far so good. It might all turn to s**t and I'll be back on Carnivore if that happens, but my goal is to sort my ongoing metabolic issues.

That didn't seem to be happening on Carnivore and so here I am... I'm pretty certain the changes won't kill me in the next few months, but I'm bound to learn some stuff. If nothing else it might shock my body into behaving differently when I go back to a more ketogenic diet.
