WINTER WELLNESS WORKSHOP
Tired of being overweight, tired of not have enough energy, tired of not eating properly – clothes too tight, not exercising at all, have diabetes or prediabetes? Has your doctor suggested you lose weight, eat healthier, exercise? You are probably aware of what you have to do to change but not sure how to make those changes?
I am a qualified Health & Wellness Coach; I have postgraduate qualification in nutrition from Deakin University. I will guide you through a five-week program to enable you to improve your health and wellbeing = less stress, weight-loss, nourishing your body and brain, find an activity/exercise you enjoy but it does require you to think, plan, reflect and set realistic achievable goals and make some healthy lifestyle choices.

The Programme:
Start with family medical history and your current lifestyle – we set goals and plan lifestyle changes and modifications
Focus on nutrition – are you eating foods that nourish your body, we look at diet and chronic diseases, food and brain health, portion control
Discuss your mindset – what stops you consistently caring for yourself
Find an activity or exercise you enjoy and can fit into your busy life
Brain Health – we discuss cognitive decline / dementia – and the modifiable risk factors
