Hi, my name is Tanya and I am dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health through personalized nutrition coaching, weight loss programs, and customized meal plans. I believe that food is medicine and I strive to educate my clients on the benefits of making healthy food choices. I am an IIN certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who works one-on-one with clients to create a sustainable and effective plan tailored to their unique needs and lifestyle. I provide ongoing support, guidance, and motivation to ensure clients reach their goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle long-term. My weight loss program is designed to be safe, effective, and sustainable, focusing on creating healthy habits and sustainable lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes or fad diets. I provide clients with the tools and knowledge they need to make healthier choices, and work with them to create a plan that works for their individual needs and preferences. My meal plans are customized to meet each client's dietary preferences and restrictions, ensuring that they are getting the nutrients they need to fuel their bodies and achieve optimal health. I believe that healthy eating should be enjoyable and delicious, and work with clients to create meals that are both satisfying and nutritious. Overall, my business is committed to empowering individuals to take control of their health through personalized nutrition coaching, weight loss programs, and customized meal plans. It’s not about motivation — it’s about habits.

Motivation comes and goes. Systems, habits, and routines will carry you even when motivation fades.

When you have strong systems in place, taking care of yourself becomes automatic, not a daily decision you have to "get excited" for.

Design a life that supports your health goals — not one that constantly battles against them.

The highest priority in my health coaching programs is exactly habit creation. Habits are the friends we need every day so we can feel free and safe. 💙
