Amazing energy coming for next four months on Earth. I’m now torn between being a hermit and getting creative in solitude or going for it and driving forward with all my energy! 🦀 🧙‍♀️

There is a real, wide-open space of potential for transformation in the coming four months, and we're entering into it now. So, "How are you going to harness it?" is really a question that I offer that you can ask yourself. You might want to "batten down the hatches" and live very quietly for a few months and stay quiet while that energy moves through. Or you may want to really harness it to create some big changes in your life.

Some of them you might know; you might immediately be able to go, ''Yeah, I want to change this, this, and this.” And so, it's good to know that the next four months are going to be supportive for that. Some of them you may not know. It may be more that you want to shift a feeling, you want to experience more peace or less stress. If you get really intentional about that this month and beyond, there will be a lot of support for you to create that level of transformation in your life. Now of course, whenever I hear of a big leap like this, I'm always curious about what's going to happen in the outside world. But it's really important for you to pay as much attention to your inner world as well as the outside world at times like these.

Your body is amazing and so much more than its outer casing

Compliments on weight
as the cause of looking great,
are toxic to the heart,
they imply that beauty starts,
with the loss of fatty cells,
that keep us looking ‘well’,
but stop us looking slim,
so how can we win?

Never get too thin,
or look too ‘drawn in’
but never get too fat,
there’s no sexiness in that.
You must just stay the same,
somehow train your brain,
that your body can’t evolve,
the science you must solve.

Eat your five a day,
but don’t let that run away
into a snack of choice or joy,
your life should be devoid.
So you can keep your weight,
keep on looking great,
be neither fat nor thin,
because women cannot win.

(And let’s change this shall we?)

If it's not, choose anything but tight, too narrow, high heeled, too short, thick soled, foot squashing, spine hating, proprioception dulling shoes to protect your feet😱. Feet have the BEST engineering, it cannot be bettered by shoes. They deserve our love and appreciation. Great videos and guidance for foot strength and mobility on this page too!

Remember the food pyramid? It was a very popular nutrition visual when I was a kid, and although it has changed a lot over the years, I think it might still exist in some form.

Anyway, I made a footwear version!
At the bottom we have barefeet. To be 'worn' as much as possible and on a variety of surfaces.

Above that is the barefoot/minimalist shoe category, to be worn most of the time shoes are required. This section may be bigger or smaller in proportion to the bottom section depending on work/lifestyle requirements for shoes.

At the top is the 'sometimes' footwear, and includes high heels, specialist sporting shoes and other conventional shoes. They're the junk food equivalent of shoes. These can be worn occasionally/ if required without killing you (although your body may hate you afterwards) and the less they can be worn the better.

Unfortunately for people working in industries that require specialist shoes, the top section is unavoidably large. Hopefully as barefoot shoes gain more traction, footwear like safety boots and sports shoes can become more foot friendly!

Boundaries. Let It Go. It's Not Yours To Carry.

You don’t need to carry it all. You’re no good to anyone if you’re running on empty and bogged down by the weight of the world. This card is a reminder to look after your own wellbeing before anyone else’s. To stop carrying the world’s problems on your shoulders. To put on your own oxygen mask first. In these changing times, it’s hard not to feel overwhelmed by the state of the planet; however, you can’t take on its problems from a place of energetic depletion.

This card is thanking you for caring so much. You want to build a better world and ease the road for others – and that’s incredible. But the way you’ve been doing so is likely unsustainable. This isn’t to say you should switch off to the world’s problems and become unconscious; rather, it’s a call to establish clear boundaries so you’re not constantly taken out energetically. The planet needs you healthy, both physically and emotionally.

So, instead of digesting the news or reaching for your phone as soon as you wake up, show up first to a nourishing practice such as meditation, soul inquiry, deep breathing, or exercising in nature. Once you’re in a state of grace and your inner well is full, you can face the day and care for others. And at the day’s end, take an energetic shower by emptying out anything that’s not yours to carry. You can pick it up again the next morning, if you so choose, but give yourself time and space to rejuvenate and rest.

Thoughts become things. 🙌👌🏻What a great reminder

FOOD FOR THOUGHT

You can avoid alcohol, drugs, sugar, salt, wheat, dairy and carbohydrates your whole entire life,
You can exercise, meditate and focus half your day on your health,

But if you are swallowing your dreams, your ambitions, your regrets, your fears, your desires and your bitterness on a daily basis - you will suffer my friend.

For nothing, NOTHING, rots the flesh more, than the negative emotions we ram down our own throats on a daily basis.

Food for thought.

Say your truths,
live your own way,
be yourself,
share your dreams,
honour your desires,
CHASE your ambitions.
Or don’t.
Maybe your ambition is quite simply to be peaceful.
Whatever it is you choose to do,
give yourself peace.
It’s the most healing and rejuvenating path of them all.

It’s the only way to live a healthy life.
Let go.
Be peaceful.
You deserve it.

The Whirring Mind

I can’t escape my mind
These thoughts crept in my luggage
Over oceans and seas and deserts they rode
To shout at midnight through my pillow

The cogs they whir and chug
Sending tremors through moments of peace
Clanging, shattering, piercing through
A lazy morning or nap after noon

I tried my hardest to escape
Downscaling, simplifying, minimising the strains
Upon being a human being in this world of doing
Yet the thoughts of ‘must do’ and ‘what if’
Still thunder through

Getting away got me clearer
For an hour in the jungle I couldn’t hear her
The nag, the critic, the judge
Of what precious time deems worthy of getting done

So the voice got a name
And kept at arms length she became
For my soul is not in that voice
It’s in my being, in my observing
Of the voice’s vocabulary of choice

Just remember she’ll want to chime
At the most inappropriate time
When you’re wobbly or in wilderness
At which point you can say
‘No, no thanks, not today’
And bid that mean lady on her way.
