Hay momentos en la vida en los que el alma te susurra que es tiempo de soltar. No por fracaso, no por debilidad… sino porque creciste. Porque tu energía ya no cabe en los mismos lugares de antes. Porque tu corazón pide espacio para respirar algo nuevo.

🔥 Soltar duele, sí… pero también libera. Es como cuando el fuego consume lo viejo para abrir camino a lo sagrado. No se trata de olvidar a la fuerza, sino de permitir que lo que ya cumplió su función se vaya con gratitud.

🌿 Piensa en un árbol: no se queda aferrado a sus hojas marchitas. Las entrega al viento para poder brotar otra vez. ¿Por qué tú deberías ser diferente? Todo lo que ya no nutre tu paz termina robándote fuerza sin que te des cuenta.

💫 Suelta la culpa que cargaste por años. No naciste para vivir con cadenas invisibles. Te mereces caminar ligero, elegir distinto, sanar tus heridas desde la compasión y no desde el castigo.

🕊️ Suelta las expectativas que no eran tuyas. Esas que vinieron de voces externas, de miedos ajenos, de historias que no te pertenecen. Tu camino es único y nadie más puede dictarlo.

🔥 Suelta la energía que te drena. Personas, hábitos, conversaciones, recuerdos… no porque sean malos, sino porque ya no vibran contigo. La vida no te pide quedarte donde tu alma ya se siente ausente.

🌙 Suelta la idea de que soltar es perder. En realidad, es un acto profundo de amor propio. Cuando sueltas, creas espacio. Cuando creas espacio, llega la claridad. Y cuando llega la claridad… llega una versión tuya que llevaba tiempo queriendo despertar.

💧 Hazlo a tu ritmo. Suelta un pensamiento hoy, un miedo mañana, una herida la próxima semana. Lo importante no es la velocidad, sino la dirección.

✨ Y mientras sueltas, confía. Confía en que el universo escucha tus silencios. Confía en que tu intuición no se equivoca. Confía en que lo que es para ti no se va… y lo que no vibra contigo se cae solo.

🌗 Hoy declara con el corazón abierto:
“Suelto lo que ya no me sirve, suelto lo que me pesa, suelto lo que me apaga. Hago espacio para lo que sí.”

Good morning, beautiful souls,

Growth and transformation are absolutely AMAZING. Not only do we feel better, we also experience shifts in our reality. These shifts are ultimately for the better, because a raised vibration 🟰 better manifestations. 💫

However…

We typically can’t hold on to the old reality while accepting a new one.

And this is where we move through the process of letting go. 💜

During times of transformation, we may experience grief, disappointment, sadness, fear, and disbelief.

And the really wild thing:

We may feel all those things AND be excited for the future. 💜

Treat yourself with compassion, kindness, and give yourself extra TLC. You are navigating it all beautifully. ✨

Cocooning Through Grief

Grief transforms us.
For a time we cocoon,
folding inward,
seeking the smallest,
safest chamber of the heart.

It is not hiding,
not retreat,
but something elemental,
a return to the inner sanctuary,
where silence keeps company with sorrow.

There, time moves differently.
Hours stretch like threads of dusk,
days gather into hush,
the world’s noise
falling away.

Inside the cocoon,
grief does its secret work.
The old life dissolves,
once familiar, now unrecognizable.
We remember who we were,
but that self feels distant,
belonging to another.

The one we loved lingers still,
stitched into memory,
woven throughout our daily lives
Their absence hollows,
reshapes,
leaving an ache
both wound and witness.

Even here,
change stirs quietly.
The stillness gathers us,
slowly, gently,
like threads woven
into a new tapestry.

We cannot rush it.
We cannot command it.
We can only move
with it,
trusting the rhythm of its unfolding.

And then,
at some unexpected moment,
the cocoon begins to thin.
Light seeps through
the fragile seams.

The heart,
once too heavy to lift,
leans toward the light.
We blink against a world
the same,
yet utterly changed.

Emerging,
we carry both the ache and the light,
a new way of being,
fragile,
resilient,
transformed,
and in some hidden way,
more luminous
for having passed through the dark.
