International No Diet Day 2024

अपने शरीर को स्वस्थ और तंदुरुस्त रखने के लिए सही तरह का खानपान बहुत जरुरी है। ऐसे में लोग अपने सेहत को बेहतर करने के लिए और फिट रहने के लिए अपने खानपान को नियंत्रित रखते हैं। वह अपनी बहुत सी पसंदीदा चीजों को नहीं खाते। दुनियाभर में ऐसे अनेक लोग हैं जो अपना वजन को कम करने, फिट रहने या किसी स्वास्थ्य स्थिति को बेहतर बनाने के लिए डाइट (Diet) पर रहते हैं या फिर खुलकर खा-पी नहीं पाते।
ऐसे में प्रतिवर्ष मई के महीने में इंटरनेशनल नो डाइट डे मनाया जाता है। यह दिन उन लोगों को समर्पित है जो वजन कम करने के लिए डाइट पर हैं। इस दिन का उद्देश्य है लोगों को डाइटिंग के कठोर नियमों से मुक्ति दिलाना और उन्हें अपनी पसंद की चीजें खाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना।

हमारा पसंदीदा 😊

WHO खाने पर एक सर्वे हुआ,सर्वे पूरी दुनिया🌎 के खाने पर किया गया जिसका उद्देश्य ये जानना था कि पूरी दुनिया में सबसे अच्छा खाना क्या है
उसके लिए उसे 3 कसौटियों पर खरा उतरना था

1.पहला को वो बनाने में आसान हो
2.दूसरा उसमे एक इंसान के लिए सभी जरूरी तत्व हो
3.तीसरा खाने में स्वाद होना चाहिए

Who की टीम पूरे दुनिया घूमती है और ये देखती है की दुनिया में सबसे आसानी से बनाने वाला खाना क्या है और उस देश के लोग उसे कितना खाते हैं
इसमें उन्हें एक खाना मिला वो था" दाल चावल "

उन्होंने देखा की भारत के हर state में दाल चावल बेहद शौक से खाया जाता है कहीं साभार ,कही दाल, कहीं दालमा

*दूसरी कसौटी आतीं है कि बनाने में आसान हो

इसमें भी दाल और चावल को सेलेक्ट किया गया
वो जानकर हैरान थे की चावल को मात्र पानी डालकर बनाया जाता है और दाल में हल्दी और नमक

*अब तीसरी कसौटी खाने में टेस्ट हो।

तो जब उन्हें गर्म गर्म दाल चावल और ऊपर से देसी घी डाल कर दिया गया तो पहला निवाला खाते हो सब मस्त हो गए ।

*अब चौथी कसौटी की पोषण हो

इसके लिए दाल और चावल के सैंपल को अपने साथ ले गए और उन्होंने पाया

दाल में फाइबर, प्रोटीन, आयरन और जरूरी मिनरल थे ।
Antibiotic और आयोडीन की कमी हल्दी और नमक से पूरी हो रही थी ।

चावल में कार्बोहाइड्रेट और अन्य तरह के विटामिन थे ।

अंत में निष्कर्ष ये निकला की भारतीय दालचावल सब्जी और अगर उसके साथ सलाद हो तो ये दुनिया के सबसे बेहतरीन खाने में से एक है ।

ये एक मात्र खाना है जिससे किसी भी तरह का साइड इफेक्ट नहीं होता है

बाद में पता चला की इस सर्वे का मुख्य उद्देश्य इस खाने को लेके ये पता करना था की यदि अमेरिका और यूरोप में युद्ध की स्थिति हो तो सबसे सस्ता और सबसे कम समय में तैयार होने वाला पौष्टिक खाना क्या है जिसे महीनो खाया जाए तो भी मन ना भरे ।

और वास्तव में दाल-चावल जितना सिंपल है उतना ही बेहतर
लेकिन हम लोग इसे छोड़ खाते हैं

दाल चावल का खर्चा भी काफी कम होता है।
