This journey hasn’t been the easiest but it has been the most fulfilling. Not only being able to change my life but also to help & motivate others. Recently I fell off for bit, I was going through a tough mental and emotional time and even gained some weight back. BUT thanks to my personal development, the community, and products I was able to pick myself back up. I’m back on track and almost back to where I left off at. This is just a reminder that the journey isn’t linear, you will have highs and lows but the most important thing is you keep going and don’t give up! "You don't need a New Year to make a change, all you need is a new day.."

Hi there! My name is Yani, and I am a mom of 1 beautiful princess. I recently moved from South Florida to Central Florida. The pictures you are seeing here are of the same person (me). On the left, you have a picture of me at one of my highest weights I have ever been (and to think I got heavier after this picture) and on the left is me now.

This did not happen overnight, and it took a lot of self-discipline, saying "no" to junk food I was so used to consuming, BUT it was one of the best decisions I ever made. There is no looking back now!

Fast-forward to today, I am still working towards my goals while helping others lose weight and reach their weight-loss/fitness goals. I am part of an amazing community of like-minded people and we hold each other accountable which has helped me immensely with my results and even personal development.
