I often have to remind myself of this
especially during these times of shut down... While building a business and having timelines and or plans or aspirations to do certain things and experience them in other parts of the world or simply be in a space outside of your home that allows you to be creative, service others, collaborate and grow. Discovering and navigating new platforms and ways to do so has been a challenge at times these past few months yet tremendously eye opening, educating, strengthening and empowering... I recently was at a photo shoot building content for my work and right at the end of the shoot there was one more wall to hit. Simply, the colors were attractive but didn’t realize the words on the mural until we got up close. It was an amazing end to a really fantastic photo shoot with the great (love her and her talent) It was, as many directors or photographers say “Okay this is the Martini Shot”! And it was 😊
For me, this affirmed I was in the right place at the right time doing the right thing and also a beautiful reminder to self.... So I share this with y’all and send you some love 🙌🏽💜💙. It’s hard out there sometimes by self doing it all... So Keep on Keepin on!

Our goal is to offer tools to assist in self awareness, release and grounding.
Yin is an excellent style of Yoga to create this.
You will be guided with breath work moving and holding shapes so you may find space in your
heart to mend, quiet in your mind for clarity of vision and tension released from the body.
Moving thru this practice will help to manage deep rooted
pain, anger , fear, anxiety and hurt we are all currently dealing with in this tumultuous time in history.
Through this practice in healing from the inside we are able to move forward in
strength, courage and confidence and make a better way for our
people, our communities, our children’s future.
Our efforts Together .yoga , , and

In this class we will gently move thru a little Flow of breath to movement.
Great for going back to basics and building foundation. Warming the body up getting the circulation moving and calming the parasympathetic nervous system. With deeper concentration on breath to assist in holding Asana’s a little longer so we can also go deeper. You will discover more calm, control over fight or flight feelings and will experience length in the body as we release and let go of all that is tight, tense and challenging. DM for ZOOM LINk and I will see you on the mat!!!

Yoga Blend is a combination of Vinyasa Flow, Pilates style core activation, guided exercise with or without the use of weights to engage muscle for building, strengthening and toning. Transitioning into Yin Asanas to slow the practice down and encourage more length with breath creating more stillness and calm.
These elements combined allowing you to cultivate a practice that is a wonderful balance of Mind, Body and Spirit.
