The text neck syndrome is described as repetitive stress injury or overuse in injury where person flexes his neck in forward position and bends down looking at phone or there device for long period of time📱.
This impairment leads to permanent damage of the
joints, soft tissues and ligaments in young age . This syndrome
can affect directly to spine while flexing the neck.

*PREVENTION*
1. Hold your mobile device up to eye level.
2. Take breaks from your mobile device every 15 minutes.
3. Set reminders to shift positions.
4. For kids, rest the device on a table instead of in the hands or on the floor.
5. Exercise

*EXERCISE*
Focused on improving posture and restoring normal muscle function. Treatment plans include a combination of manual therapy and corrective exercises to decrease forces on the spine, strengthen muscles that are inhibited, and lengthen muscles that are tight and short.
