Day 2 creating simple habits that will set you up for success
One of the things that really helped me stay consistent was to schedule my workouts. Treat it as if it were an appointment. For me that just so happened to be before the house woke up. This is my time. No one else will need my help during this time.
If you have kids or anyone that depends on you, make sure you create the habit of making this your time. Whether it’s before the house wakes up or after they have gone to sleep!
If you are a stay at home mom, drop off the kids to school and get yourself going before you even start with your daily chores.
