A body recomp completely reshapes your body by burning fat and creating more lean muscle mass to help you become stronger and healthier. With DIG DEEPER, you'll sculpt, define, and build muscles to get unbelievable physical results.

This program is for all levels since you will be lifting your your current capabilities. I guarantee that you will become stronger and leaner if you follow the program the way it was intended.

I will be running this program along side a couple of my partners. Together we will help you stay consistent and motivated!

Aging gracefully is taking care of yourself right now! Not next week or in a month or next year!

If moving your body freely and being able to rely on your own strength when you get much older is important to you, then start today!

Move your body today!

Start with 10 minutes and continue to add more time little by little.

Swap whatever unhealthy meal you have for lunch for something that is going to nurture your body.

You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to make a few small adjustments and start from there!

Believe that you can and you will!

It’s Monday and I’m going to guess that you may dislike Mondays!
Why are Mondays so hard?!?!
There could be numerous reasons why Mondays are hard but I’m going to guess that it could be one of two reasons. You had a bit too much fun over the weekend leaving you with much needed rest and possibly a detox from what we ate and drank and two, you might not be very happy about what you get to do as a career! I believe if we were truly happy with our choice of career, we would wake up feeling excited for our day.
You are the director of your orchestra! If you don’t like something or not happy with it, don’t be complacent, change it!
I know that changing careers might not be possible or simple to do, but what can you change? What can you do today to spice up your day and make it more enjoyable and productive?
I’ll just leave it at that!
Use your imagination because I know that you might have something brewing!
Move your body
Fuel your body good
Be grateful for another day
Stop and admire the beautiful earth
Do something that makes you smile!

With many of us working from home, our mobility has gone down quite a bit. Just by not having to get in our cars, park and walk to the office, we have dropped a good amount of steps in our daily activity.

I am one of them! I decided to challenge myself to walk those 10,000 steps daily. I understand that this could be overwhelming for some, so I challenge you TODAY to take those 10,000 steps.
Don’t worry about tomorrow, worry about today!

It’s time to hit the gym!
I know you’ve been struggling to get yourself to the gym, but why?
Is it time or is it that you are struggling to stay motivated due to lack of variety?

Many of my clients have failed in the past because they find themselves doing the same thing day in and day out!
I get it! I was one of those people.
Not only did my workouts get boring, but I was not seeing any progress or results!

Having a plan of action is crucial to seeing results!
It keeps your workouts fun, enjoyable, challenging but it also allows you to get in and out of the gym as quickly as possible.

Spring is knocking on our door and if you are wondering if you are going to be able to reach your goals or at least make great strides, YES YOU CAN!

How is this possible?
Here are a few tips:
1. Make sure your goal is feasible. Moving forward steadily will get you to your goal and help you maintain.
2. Celebrate every time you show up for yourself or you make a healthier choice. You don’t have to wait until you reach your goal to give yourself a pat on the back.
3. Workout 4-5 X per week and make sure you include weightlifting. You don’t need to do cardio only to help you burn fat or calories, but get your steps in!!!! In case you didn’t know, muscle burns fat, so make sure you hit the weights to burn more fat!
4. You do not need to spend hours at the gym! A good workout routine or program can really make a huge difference. Following a workout program that targets different muscles is essential to get great results. You don’t want to do the same routine over and over again.
5. Nutrition! Nutrition! Nutrition! You can’t outrun a bad diet, so make sure that you make some changes to your current lifestyle.
6. Supplements! I know you might not think it’s necessary but……. With the lack of nutrients that our food has, taking supplements is not a bad idea! Make sure it’s good quality because you don’t want to take whatever.

I know! It is a lot, but with the right support and guidance, you can really make this happen.

It’s not to late to get started!

How often do you finish a workout feeling like you have given it your all and you can’t do one more rep?

Today was definitely one of those days.
But I think I have said that about this program after every workout!

I am truly loving this program because it is truly challenging me.
I am focused and ready to lift to my abilities. Sometimes I grab weights that are too light or too heavy, but I adjust accordingly.

Don’t ever leave a workout feeling like you could have done more.
Figure out where you are at during that moment and adjust as needed.

It’s never easy, but sometimes it’s necessary!
The journey is long and it’s never easy.

Not feeling good, Feeling ashamed, Feeling tired all the time and Feeling frustrated Isn’t easy either and if you don’t do anything about it, it can be a very long and unhappy journey.

I know it’s not huge, but I’m definitely feeling and seeing the difference.
What changed?
The workout style (just a bit) my eating habits (a bit bigger) my focus, my mind muscle connection, quite a bit!

Nutrition is huge!
I will say that until I’m blue in the face.
I’m not asking you to be perfect, but I’m asking you to make the necessary changes to help your health and to FEEL the difference, because you will notice the difference .

You might say, I don’t care!!!!! I’m going to eat what I want when I want because it makes me happy, until you feel the consequences of your choices.

Listen to your body! Pay attention to what you are actually feeling. When you make the changes, you’ll first feel it and then you’ll see it.

One of the things that really helped me stay consistent was to schedule my workouts. Treat it as if it were an appointment. For me that just so happened to be before the house woke up. This is my time. No one else will need my help during this time.
If you have kids or anyone that depends on you, make sure you create the habit of making this your time. Whether it’s before the house wakes up or after they have gone to sleep!
If you are a stay at home mom, drop off the kids to school and get yourself going before you even start with your daily chores.

Why is it that exercise is hard?
Because most of us treat it as a punishment!

Exercising is not a punishment, it is a wonderful gift. Yes it’s hard, but creating any kind of habit is hard at first.

In 2024 let’s flip the switch on saying that “I have to workout” to “I get to workout”

Challenge yourself and breakthrough the yearly habit of starting something to forgetting about it in just a few short weeeks.

Get a buddy that will push you.
Find a community that will inspire you.
Listen or read to personal development books to guide you.
And follow people that encourage you to push for your goals.
This 2024 can be different if you start believing in yourself and accept to get help from someone else.
