How lucky are we to be able to celebrate and ring in a new year? I recognize and acknowledge that our planet is in turmoil but we can still find ourselves in a place of peace and happiness simply by creating moments to just slow down, stop, breathe, notice, be present and remember that ALL is transient & ever changing. No matter what the outer world is experiencing, our inner worlds can be OK & at peace ☮️
So grateful for this moment and looking forward to a prosperous and happy 2024. Wishing all my friends and family & all beings across the globe freedom & a very happy 2024.
