If your kids like running, this program is a great one. Races are available from age 2 up through 8th grade. Distances vary by age. Runners get a number and get timed as they run a cross country style race. You can sign up for a single race, or you can sign up for the whole 5 week series. This program has been around for several years now and has been fun for lots of kids.

These kind kids are just getting started. Beaming with smiles and self-purpose while doing good deeds ❤️ Nationally this challenge is a week but over the next three weeks (the cycle of one health lesson) be on the lookout for messages and acts of kindness from the amazing students at NMES, CSES and HES where I am lucky to be Ms. Health Teacher 🤣
