I thought it was just a matter of trying harder.
Eating cleaner.
Exercising harder.
Spending more money on expensive supplements.

But what do you do when everything you're doing is right and you still feel like rubbish?

That's where I ended up. Drained, bloated, nervous, and struggling to hold it together.

✔ Tracking calories yet still putting on weight.
✔ Eating “clean” yet still feeling awful.
✔ Exercising yet still exhausted.
✔ Doing all the “right” things yet living on empty.

Turns out, it wasn't about trying harder.
