“Here’s your weekly reminder 💡
It can take 15–20 (or more!) exposures for your baby, toddler, or preschooler to accept a new food — and that’s totally normal! 😝😱

Eating isn’t just “put it in the mouth and chew.” Kids need to first tolerate the food on their plate, maybe touch it, maybe smell it. And let’s be real… sometimes toddlers are just banning everything green for no reason at all 😂💚
So what can you do?
✨ Keep serving the food — without pressure.
No “just one bite,” no begging. Just small portions, calm energy, and you modeling it
on your plate.
If we assume they don’t like it after trying once, they lose the chance to build a connection with that food.
They might not eat it today — but one day they might.
And the only way to get there? Keep offering.
Try switching it up:
➡️ Change the seasonings
➡️ Try different cooking methods (roasted, sautéed,
steamed)
➡️ Offer with a favorite dip
And yes… one day they love it, the next they throw it on the floor. Still normal. Still learning. Still worth it ❤️”
