Holistic Health T'ai Chi is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. T'ai Chi can even be taken part seated. Classes at West Glebe Pavilion.

The ancient mind body practice of T'ai Chi , often called "Meditation in Motion", combines slow, gentle, flowing movements with meditation & breathing exercises. The moves are low impact putting minimal stress on muscles & joints and help bring about improved balance, flexibility and deep relaxation to the body & mind. We start classes with a gentle warm exercises involving the whole body & the breath. We follow on with gentle moves which can be adapted to individual needs. We practice moves of Yang Style Long Form

T'ai Chi is very beneficial for sufferers of chronic health conditions including arthritis , fibromyalgia, me & stress & anxiety related issues. When the weather permits , we spend some of the time practising under the beautiful trees at West Glebe Pavilion. Monday & Thursday 10.30-11.30 am
