As a settler, to practice ancient & borrowed practices on stolen land must always be done with great awareness & care. Mainly because the land doesn’t know your smell as well.
To be a pair of trusted hands here & through, is an irreplaceable gift.
As I grow and learn as a medicine woman, I am also humbled and happy to know the days of spiritual leaders will quickly die. As we awaken to everything and all being the only & one great teacher, we will remember - maybe for the first time - what happens to one people, happens to all people. This truth, will continue to reveal the root cause. And finally, we will awaken to our symptoms as beautiful support signs, not illnesses in need of pacifying.

All that will be left, is people who walk with the wisdom of the heart. All that will be left, are the people who know how to say thank you.

Swipe right ☄️

The cosmic storms (hurricanes of the sun that send plasma toward earth) have been making our throats dry & our souls thirsty for what’s health & habit. While the same weekend, we have a Virgo full moon accompanied by the fire energy of an astrological new year. Through this my North Node sits comfortably and aligned in my 6th house while the Virgin maiden sirens into my 10th of career and purpose. It stretches and sighs peacefully out of mercurial shadows, and into the light of my Vishuddha (🔵) to offer poems the stars have whispered.

It’s been a long time coming, but I’ve finally taken my knowledge & interpretation to a level that I can share them with the perpetual support of my deeply trusted mentors.

Our ascending culture often forgets to mention we try to expand and go upward without having an anchor or root deep enough to support our micro-cosmic orbit. Ironically, sometimes you gotta look up to ground down.

I’ve mostly been thinking about grieving mothers and earthworms. Earthworms, with their aortic-arches of 5 hearts.

Maybe it’s that Langston Hughes quote ringing in my ear, resonating out into what’s rotting at the internal and collective rind.

I wonder if artists in ages of ancient wars and terror thought to stop themselves from creating or sharing because it felt too self-centred. Sub-thought: Maybe calligraphy taught you to take your time because the elite preemptively knew words could hug.

I wonder if we’ll let the souls leave peacefully, despite the tragedy of their timing. In a ring of vibration, I hope our limiting knowledge of our own potential won’t hold them back to an earth that no longer exists to them.
I wonder if they’re already smiling at their mothers as we all look around at each other waking from our long conditioned slumber.

I can smell the earthworms and the particles and pieces they slowly move through. I can also taste tears coated with dust.
So when I cry, I cry with a grief I can only imagine.
And when I laugh, I do it loudly and authentically to set relief free in hope it reaches a grieving humans lungs.

May we go inside and find more pain. Knowing extensions of us are doing insurmontable brave things to survive and stay close to life elsewhere.
May we thank the earthworm for the reminder of how powerful it is to be in a dark place with many, many hearts.

Albert Einstein explained there is no difference between matter and energy. That matter is simply condensed energy.
If we think of science with a mind that is open to its vastness, we start to see how the science of physics is historically and fundamentally of the spirit.

The limiting voice inside that reoccurs is at the core; dark matter. Or vapid energy that is lost and passed down ancestrally, or leeched on by accident. Most likely, trying to revive itself. Just like us.

We’ve heard and can say “science has begun to catch up” by viewing the relation to emotions and disease (dis-ease). Though, I believe science always knew. Eye believe science is synonymous for calculated-feeling. At it’s root, it too, is connected to feeling. Modern mantra: I open my channels in knowing science has always believed.

You are a channel for healing energy.
And the dawning and dissolving of the darkness has begun. We, like science, are leaning into the facts. In our collective experimental body, all at once, we have begun to know the Way as we didn’t before. Together, we gently let go and conclude: with peace within, there is peace outside.

Find it.
You’ve got this.

A healer / The human:

The trails leading to the core of the equinox spiralled me into a very challenging space. External and internal forces & events told me conditioned stories that were strong enough to pull me off my center. I experienced old vices and met struggle in the ring. Self talk has been harsh enough that I couldn’t give advice to clients.
The human became more human, and the word healer brought lineage of doubt. A voice told me I wasn’t supposed to take clients in this time. A gentler voice told me to rest. To grieve. I started to pray more. I started to pray into my water again. Days were on and days were off. I got worse, I got better. I fell back, and laid down a little longer before I got up again. Realizing that I’ve been learning things I didn’t know about myself yet. Despite the immensity of what awaits the collective, it feels like light is starting to shine through.

Here are some slides of someone who isn’t always nice to themselves, being nice to themself. And pouring that experience of learning into their work only to receive the most palpable feedback.
Be gentle. It’s all shifting.
