Love your work AND help your community 😁 Community Catalysts offer a free mentoring service to help you work for yourself offering care and support. You might offer help at home, such as cleaning, cooking, help to dress and wash – or you might want to offer another support option for older and disabled people. The choice is yours.

The project is funded by Cumberland Council and has a focus on West Cumberland.

The CAAS Team are on the lookout for some more fabulous Volunteer Telephone and Face to Face Befrienders.

If anyone has any time they can spare to become a CAAS Volunteer please give the CAAS Team a call on 01946 552166 to discuss.

All new Volunteers will need to complete a Volunteer Application Form and return to the office.

Our Memory Cafe is on the look out for some Activities for our lovely attendees. Can you help with some singing sessions or chair based exercises? The group runs fortnightly 11am - 12.30noon on a Tuesday at the Whitehaven RUFC.

Hello. We still have people not knowing about CAAS and the services we offer. To help us reach as many people as possible, it would be great if you could like our post and share, asking your friends and family to do the same and also follow our page. That way everyone has access to all information as the page is kept up to date with any news.

We are aware that not everyone has access to being online so word of mouth is equally as important !

The CAAS Team are available to visit any groups
