Walking with Jesus: A Devotional Journey Through Luke https://a.co/d/0f8PbAN

In January 2025, the Orlando Church of Christ launched a church-wide series on the Gospel of Luke titled King Jesus. This devotional guide is a compilation of daily reflections originally shared on social media throughout the first half of the year. Each post was written to help the church — and anyone reading — walk closely with Christ, reflect on His words, and live under the reign of the true King.

Luke’s Gospel is unlike any other. Written by a physician, a historian, and a devoted follower of Christ, Luke offers a detailed, orderly account of Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection. But more than history, Luke gives us a portrait of Jesus full of compassion, power, and purpose. He highlights the outcasts, uplifts the broken, and shows us the Savior who came “to seek and save the lost” (Luke 19:10).

Each day of this devotional series will invite you to step into the story — not as a distant observer, but as a disciple walking beside Jesus. You’ll reflect on His teachings, witness His miracles, and be challenged by His call to follow. Whether you’re brand new to faith or have walked with Christ for years, Luke will stretch your understanding and renew your wonder.

So open your Bible, quiet your heart, and prepare to encounter Jesus in a fresh and personal way. This journey through Luke isn’t just about knowing more about Jesus — it’s about becoming more like Him.

If you work a desk job or find yourself sitting most of the day, try these simple ways to add movement to your routine:

I remember the first time I noticed the little things after losing weight…

✅ I could easily bend over and tie my shoes—without holding my breath!
