I am a 42 years old full-time circus acrobat and because of an injury I had to practice yoga since then I got passionate about learning the sequences, anatomy because I saw changes in my body endurance, it was YOG.US that helped me to keep performing and strong, I studied in India and Indonesia, and I want to share my experience and passion to all of you. I created my own sequences, to ALL levels, don't be afraid to try. any questions, feedbacks and love will be well received.
