WEEK OF SWAPS: LET’S TALK ORGANIC
- Head to EWG.org or a list of the dirty dozen (which are the fruit and veggies you should be eating organic). Reason being, harmful pesticides that wreak havoc on our gut’s microbiome, killing the important and beneficial bacteria we work so hard to build.
- GET DIRTY - Buy local and eat some of that dirt! It is the only way to get some of those SOIL BASED PROBIOTICS 🦠 FOUND ONLY IN OUR SOIL. Helps prevent allergies, autoimmune disease and even skin irritations and reactions.
YOU CAN TAKE ALL THE PROBIOTIC PILLS YOU WANT BUT IF YOU EATING PESTICIDES THEY NEGATE EACH OTHER.
- GLYPHOSATE or ROUND UP - Steer clear of this scary killer pesticide, found in wheat, oats, corn, soy, and garbanzo beans. Amounts found in children's cereals, granola bars etc. ONLY ORGANIC FOR THESE CROPS. My favorites
