So excited to see the House of Rose-The Heritage Space on the cover page and storyof The Designer and Builder magazine!!!Many a times my projects have been featured in this premium magazine but never made it to the cover page story!!

Started with this ancestral property last Feb 2019,just before Corona struck,when the black sheep of my paternal house,a bachelor uncle passed away.I went there with my cousin to take care of our other bedridden uncle . We were shaken by the plight of the once magnanimous joint property reduced to a haunted deprived property,stinking and leaking stripped off all its glorious furniture,lamps all its pride.

As an architect and a doting granddaughter ,I just couldnt bear it.The whole place was painstakingly renovated in various stages on labour as I couldnt afford a proper contractor. I am just a consultant architect ,but my heart led me to go for three verticals in this sprawling property well out of my comfort zone
-5 event areas indoor as well as outdoors
-architectural branch office
-architectural collections around India.

Many said I had gone bonkers 😃 but this coverpage story made all the difference.A big thankyou to all the support from the wonderful Designer magazine!
Honestly I feel that I have done the right thing🙏
