The classes are geared to injury rehabilitation, improving fitness levels, flexibility, and posture correction.

Hi, I just want to inform that Pilates will be stopping due to needing more space on the timetable for my school. There will be an option to access classes online that are pre-recorded to suit your needs. Thank you for your support and please don’t stop taking class.

Hi everyone, for those that want face to face pilates classes we will be at Halesowen College - Block 7, Car Park C for the next 3 weeks. You can also do the classes online.

Wednesday 14th July will be Yoga instead of Pilates with the awesome Olivyoga 19:45-20:45.

Tuesday 13th there won’t be any class.

Back to normal the following week.

💫Wednesday bender ball and loop band workout - 7:45pm-8:45pm
