Over the last 30 days, we have shared tips and ideas with you to help prevent burnout. I know for me I need more than just one thing to support myself. I need to keep it all in mind from gratitude practice, healthy eating, getting enough sleep, daily exercise, grounding, relaxation, boundaries, meditation, cell salts, flower essences, homeopathic remedies and supplements.

And I also need to remember I can't do it all at once.

Reach out to friends, family, or your supportive community. If you don’t feel you have that in your life, or you’d like additional support (anyone is welcome!) please join us in our new Facebook Group,
CALIFORNIA STRESS & BURNOUT RELIEF.
We’ll share tips, techniques, and offer your resources to reduce your stress level and of course reduce or eliminate feelings of burnout. It will be an opportunity to give and receive support and get some great new ideas to try. The group will not be a substitute for therapy or homeopathic/medical treatment.
