Another step forward yesterday for our Vision Zero and safer streets: Yesterday Sen. Schumer stopped by with other local officials and our friends at Reconnect Rochester to join us in announcing that Rochester will receive a significant grant from the Safe Streets and Roads for All. The $23 million will fund safety improvements like new bike lanes, raised crosswalks, and better connections between bike corridors.
