Elizabeth Holder is the founder and CEO of Body Insured Consulting, LLC. Her journey includes years of bullying and body shaming from losing over 100 lbs and the extra skin that came with it. That kept her in constant fight or flight mode. She lives with PCOS, POTS, and hEDS including lipedema. She fought for medically necessary care and secured six plastic surgeries through health insurance, including covered lymphatic drainage.
She is now a licensed health insurance producer in multiple states, using her lived experience and technical training to guide clients through approvals, denials, and appeals with strategy and compassion.
Elizabeth built Body Insured because she knows this is not only about physical health. It is also about the mental weight, the anxiety, and the exhaustion that come with every form and phone call. She and her team understand because they have lived it. They stay with clients through the hard moments and the healing ones, from approval to recovery. What began as a dream now serves more than 5,000 clients nationwide with a 99% success rate, centered on education, advocacy, and compassion.
