Thank you hardly feels adequate. These have been amazing years…for which I’m humbled and grateful. A safe place to land, learn, heal and grow alongside the best fire family. Truly the best. I feel honored to have been given the opportunity to see JFRD in the capacity I did. I’ll miss seeing you all on scenes, in trainings, ground breaking, ribbon cuttings and trying to capture all of the hard work you put in day after day. No photo or video could ever capture adequately the work you put in and the hearts you have. You are without a doubt the best fire family and fire department in the world. Thank you. While I’m stepping away from this role and it is so incredibly bittersweet…I’m still connected, still grateful, still here. So much love for JFRD here. ❤️🤍❤️

So much changes in a year…9th and 7th here…

4 kids in 3 different schools. 2 HIGH SCHOOLERS!! And 2 7th graders. Wishing the girls were with us this morning to send off. New rhythms being created…. It’s going to be a great year! ❤️🤍💓

Feeling so many feels this morning. These two are off to their first camp! (Prayers for their hearts are greatly appreciated!) 🤍

Grateful for organizations that bring kids together who share similar journeys. Grateful for the many volunteers and staff who make it possible. Thank you for for getting them there safely!

Feeling the weight of what brings them together for camp.

So much gratitude held with so much weight. The human heart is an amazing creation. Praying for their hearts, filled with excitement, nerves, sadness and joy…

Thankful for His goodness always. Thankful that He hold their hearts and mine 🤍

We did a thing! His ways and His timing can be wild. He hears prayers spoken and unspoken. I am always amazed by Him and his goodness. It was such a beautiful night. It was a quiet ceremony with just the 6 of us. Excited to continue to see His hand move as we walk this journey. Beyond excited 🤍
