1.Visualize the first warm water droplet that rose from the ocean as a single molecule.

2. Imagine it's buzzing, chaotic electrons receiving your heart energy of LOVE LOVE LOVE.

3. These electrons COOL DOWN and move into a calming pattern - balancing them - aiding them into perfect orbit - slowing them into a natural rhythm around their core atom.

Our Mantra: We gather to raise our vibrations and share practices to BE our highest. We focus on the purest love and joy from universal source to create goodness. Nothing but good can come to us, and nothing but good can leave through us.
