I’ve been feeling like a very lucky mama. Celebrating 39 years of life surrounded by my loves, laughter, and life adventures.

Australia Day for those in America - is as layered and f’d up as Thanksgiving day. Offensive to the indigenous and is desperate for change. It’s a sticky thing to “celebrate” but for me and most the people already signed up for class tomorrow- we are foreigners. And we are so grateful to live here in Australia.

✨ Celebrating Our Incredible Graduates 🎓
Two weeks intensive - so much growth and heart!
And wow… these women showed up with curiosity, courage, and so much care. 💛

To take in this much material 📝 anatomy, movement principles, teaching skills, sequencing, practice teaching - in such a short, intensive container is no small feat. And they did it with grace, humour, sweat, and that signature Shine spirit. ✨🔥

This isn’t the end - it’s the beginning of an epic journey into honing their craft, and impacting lives through movement.

I’ve been feeling beyond grateful for the opportunity to share this knowledge, hold space for transformation, and witness each student stepping into their potential.

To my beautiful grads:
I can’t wait to see where your path takes you — studios, retreats, beaches, backyards, cities, countries… the world is ready for you! 🌏💫
