Happy Ostara, beautiful souls!
This weekend we celebrate a sacred turning point in the Wheel of the Year, Ostara. Named after the Germanic goddess Eostre, this sacred holiday honors fertility, renewal, and the reawakening of life after winter’s long slumber.
This is a time to plant seeds — both in the earth and in our hearts. Traditionally, Ostara was marked with rituals of growth and rebirth, symbolized by eggs, hares, and budding flowers. It’s a celebration of light returning and the Earth breathing new life.
Through sound healing and my yoga practice, I feel this shift deeply. Just as the Earth realigns, we are invited to rebalance ourselves in mind, body, and spirit. Through movement, stillness, and energetic vibrations, we create space for what’s blooming within us.
Let this season be a reminder: you are a part of nature’s rhythm. Breathe in the light, stretch into your potential, and allow the vibrations of healing and joy to guide your path forward.
