Bi-monthly sound mediation session are now on running Sunday evenings at the studio. The goal is to help you start your week as best as possible. We will breathe, listen, connect with our body and mind consciously through pranayama, while practicing the use of mudras. Hope to see you there; space limited, so don't leave it too late 🙂
