If you are in pain. Consider the area of pain and what emotions and feelings are trapped or suppressed inside your body from past experiences.

Pain is a clear warning sign that something is wrong ⚠️

Taking certain medications may just stop you from feeling these warning signs which can be detrimental to your healing journey.

Feeling pain is an opportunity for you to investigate what has gone wrong. Once you know what's wrong, you can start to work on the problem from the inside out.

Always let your massage therapist know the level of pressure you are happy and comfortable with. If it becomes painful, let her know.

If you have fragile areas, please let the therapist know before you get started during your pre-massage assessment.

Body massage should be a relaxing experience for you to unwind and enjoy.
