Let me reintroduce my work and the core essence of it. I been going through my own upgrades and the frequency of my work has crystallised for a new cycle 💫

This is not a class.
This is not a technique.
This is a return ~ to your body, to your electricity, to your divinity, to your essence.
It is remembrance of your innate power, and the wisdom encoded in your cells.

We don’t awaken this sacred energy by effort. We awaken it by surrender.

I don’t activate you ~ I hold & transmit the frequency and as a result ~ your own life force does

This is a space where mind cannot follow, and your body begins to open and remember…

You are in the trees, the butterflies, the fish, the air, the moon, the sun… Wherever you go, you are there, waiting for yourself 🌊 Silence the mind and listen to the remembrances of your soul ~ the infinite inside of you 💫

Yesterday I completed an intensive training becoming a certified sound therapist. Specialising in gongs, singing bowls and other sound tools for physical, mental and emotional wellness.

I felt such a strong resonance when playing gongs. It can produce a unique alchemy of frequencies and sound, which opens our connection to our higher self. It can be described as entering the infinite dimension of Self - beyond time and space - a place of expansion. It will combine beautifully with kundalini work 🐍✨

It’s exciting to expand in new ways! Always devoted being a channel for highest frequencies to flow through my vessel - to share the magic with you ❤️
