Hey everyone! I created this group as a support group for Foster and Adoptive families. As you all probably know foster and adoptive families face different challenges than traditional families because of the trauma our kids go through. Sometimes it’s really hard to know how to get through the difficult times and how to best help our kids. So I thought a support group for families who might be experiencing similar things might be helpful. If you are looking for advice or just a listening ear, I’m hoping this group can provide a safe/ comfortable place for that. Plus if you have any knowledge to share or any great resources that could be helpful to others please also feel free to share that as well. Please invite those you feel may benefit from this group.
