暂时没有研究证明走多步可以让100%瘦😅,但至少

1️⃣4000步 - 减少忧郁症
2️⃣5000步 - 减少心脏病,脑中风,老人痴呆
3️⃣7000步 - 减少骨头疏松症
4️⃣8000步 - 减少高血压,糖尿病,减少脂肪

所以还是建议您走多避百病,又可以提升新城代谢,为何不呢?

How long can you go without pooping?🤔💩

A “normal” pooping frequency is anywhere from 3x a day to every other day. 🕵Doctors define constipation as pooping two or fewer times per week. If you experience constipation, stool can back up in the intestinal system, causing you to feel sick.🤢😭

There isn’t a defined amount of time — such as one week or one month — that a person could technically go without pooping. This is because everyone is different; people have different diets 🍉🍊, different states of gastrointestinal health, and lifestyle factors that contribute to their regularity.

However, if you haven’t pooped at all in a week and you’re eating as you normally would, you may need to start thinking about why you haven’t pooped. ☠️💩🙈

✅Eat fruits, nuts, grains, and vegetables

In addition, it’s important to eat foods with plenty of fiber. This adds bulk to your stool, which stimulates the bowels to move and propel your stool forward. Foods that contain fiber include:

1⃣fruits, such as strawberries, raspberries, and apples
2⃣nuts and seeds, such as pistachios, almonds, or sunflower seeds
3⃣ vegetables, such as broccoli, lima beans, and carrots
4⃣whole-grain breads, such as seven-grain, cracked wheat, or pumpernickel

✅Add fiber foods slowly

Don’t incorporate too much fiber into your diet at a time — it can have an opposite, constipating effect. Instead, try to add a serving every 5 days to allow your digestive tract time to acclimate itself to the increased fiber.

Side Note: 28-30grams of dietary fiber intake is recommended for malaysian. 😎

Carbs, or carbohydrates

👉are molecules that have carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen atoms.

👉In nutrition, the word “carbs” refers to one of the three macronutrients. The other two are protein and fat.

Dietary carbohydrates have three main categories:

1️⃣Sugars. These are sweet, short-chain carbohydrates found in foods. Examples are glucose, fructose, galactose, and sucrose.

2️⃣Starches. These are long chains of glucose molecules, which eventually get broken down into glucose in the digestive system.

3️⃣Fiber. Humans cannot digest fiber, but the bacteria in the digestive system can make use of some types. Plus, eating fiber is vital to your overall health.

One of the primary purposes of carbohydrates in our diet is to provide fuel for our bodies.

🗣Most carbs get broken down or transformed into glucose, which can be used as energy. Carbs can also be turned into fat (stored energy) for later use.

🗣Fiber is an exception. It doesn’t provide energy directly, but it does feed the friendly bacteria in the digestive system. These bacteria can use the fiber to produce fatty acids that some of our cells can use as energy.

❎Sugar alcohols are also classified as carbohydrates. They taste sweet but usually don’t provide many calories. They don’t tend to be nutritive.
